Roads to Home is now recruiting for a Senior Program Coordinator.

• Aboriginal Identified opportunity
• Permanent full-time role based at Broken Hill or Dubbo
• Salary ranges from $120,859 to $133,138 + super + annual leave loading + flex time
• Must be available and willing to travel

Roads to Home empowers Aboriginal communities to make decisions about construction of powerlines, roads and other infrastructure on Aboriginal-owned land.

This role will suit someone who is a great communicator with an ability to negotiate, resolve conflict and remove barriers. You will have proven skills delivering projects involving complexity and diverse stakeholders. Experience working and partnering with a range of stakeholders, including Aboriginal Land Councils is required. An ability to regularly travel to communities in NSW to support relationships and delivery of assigned projects is essential. All travel costs are covered or reimbursed.
